Break Loose and Fly is a book that doesn't really read like a book。 It reads more like a friend who is giving you advice and cares about your well-being with a warmth and understanding that is both refreshing and encouraging。 Kerstin comes across like she only wants the best for her readers and I truly feel like that is the case。 I walked away from reading this feeling encouraged, motivated, and like I had tools to better help myself in struggling situations。 I particularly liked what she had to Break Loose and Fly is a book that doesn't really read like a book。 It reads more like a friend who is giving you advice and cares about your well-being with a warmth and understanding that is both refreshing and encouraging。 Kerstin comes across like she only wants the best for her readers and I truly feel like that is the case。 I walked away from reading this feeling encouraged, motivated, and like I had tools to better help myself in struggling situations。 I particularly liked what she had to say in the last chapter about how what you tell yourself about your capabilities affects what your body is able to do。 If you encourage yourself, you'll surprise yourself by being able to accomplish more than you realized, and if you talk down to yourself, goals feel way less attainable。 I highly reccomend this book for anyone at any stage in their life。 I think there is something for everyone in it! 。。。more
