Hi Simon Since discovering your podcast and book I have been inspired to adopt a plant based lifestyle。 I’ve always eaten predominantly vegetarian but always had a higher than ideal cholesterol, I always put this down to genetics。Since making the shift from vegetarian to predominantly plant based my cholesterol for the first time since I can remember is back in the normal range。I am so so grateful 🙏🏻

This is just what we need。 Evidence based information on how to eat for health, longevity and sustainability, with the underlying message of unity, compassion and purpose。 This book avoids the “become a vegan otherwise you are doing it wrong approach”, and instead, focuses on the science that is clear around nutrition: a predominantly (or exclusively) whole foods plant-based diet is what we all should strive for。

Honestly, if anyone was to pick up this book and read it, it covers all basis in depth! Very informative and to the point backed by science which is always important when reviewing research and studies。 It’s written in a way that is easy to understand and is not bias whatsoever!
