The best book of team coaching that i've read。 Period。 Its academic rigor, its real world application examples and application, plus all the methods and frameworks provided makes it the best companion to any systemic coach。The CID-CLEAR way for coaching approach/intervention and the five disciplines model are a great and clear keystone in order to build your work with the system。 You can use this book (and the "In Practice" version with a lot of study cases and application examples) like a basel The best book of team coaching that i've read。 Period。 Its academic rigor, its real world application examples and application, plus all the methods and frameworks provided makes it the best companion to any systemic coach。The CID-CLEAR way for coaching approach/intervention and the five disciplines model are a great and clear keystone in order to build your work with the system。 You can use this book (and the "In Practice" version with a lot of study cases and application examples) like a baseline and add some another valuable theory and methods on when is needed (like Peters and Carr HPTC, Hackman's Team Diagnostic Survey or Lencioni 5 dysfunctions)。My only complain could be that is quite wide, it's conceived like a whole topic book covering all aspects of team coaching, and could be overkill depending on your preferences。A real must if you are interested in team coaching or in systemic coaching。 。。。more
