Summary

She had her life all planned out; fate had other ideas。

How did an accomplished Southern businesswoman, wife, and mother end up living on California’s Central Coast, working for a stubborn wine-maker, newly divorced, and wrestling with sudden psychic powers?

Megan Carpenter asks herself that same question nearly every day。

She’s working her way back to the business world and starting her own event planning business, but fate keeps throwing her curveballs。 Her ex has an unexpected new girlfriend, her telekinetic powers keep short-circuiting, and her self-control—at least when it comes to her boss, Nico Dusi—is slipping。

Thank goodness she has the two best friends in the world。 With Katherine and Toni at her side, Megan is determined to keep her plans on track, even when at unexpected theft at the winery threatens the new business she’s building。

When Nico asks Megan, Toni, and Katherine for help finding the thief, life in Moonstone Cove gets even more mind-bending。 Experimental grape clones, industrial espionage, and bizarre blood stains。 Even for three psychic friends, this mystery may be more than they can handle on their own。

Fate Interrupted is the third book in the Moonstone Cove series, a paranormal women’s fiction series by USA Today bestseller Elizabeth Hunter, author of the Glimmer Lake series and the Elemental Legacy。

One of my favorite seriesI read a lot。。。 Like 5-7 books a week。。。 This and Glimmer Lake are two of my favorite series。 Don't get me wrong, I love the paranormal stuff, but it's the heart of the stories that I love。 I'm in my late 40's so the thought that it's not too late for anyone makes my heart happy。 One of my favorite seriesI read a lot。。。 Like 5-7 books a week。。。 This and Glimmer Lake are two of my favorite series。 Don't get me wrong, I love the paranormal stuff, but it's the heart of the stories that I love。 I'm in my late 40's so the thought that it's not too late for anyone makes my heart happy。 。。。more

Loved Megan and Nico together。 And I especially love the friendship between the three ladies; everyone needs friends like that。 Great end to this trilogy, but I still wish there were more adventures from this group to read。

Megan is busy with her event planning business in Moonstone Cove, focusing on events for the Dusi winery。 She and her friends Toni and Katherine are looking into the theft of experimental vine clones。 Loving the chemistry between Megan and Nico。 A great read that is best enjoyed if the first two books in the trilogy have been read。 I received an advance readers copy of this book and I am leaving a voluntary review。

Wow! A great addition to the series。 I love this newer genre of Women's fiction。 It's great to see middle aged women be the heroines。 I loved Megan's strength and determination。 Can't wait to see what Elizabeth delivers next! I loved this book!! This whole series has been refreshing and great to read。 I have loved getting to know the three ladies and see their relationship grow and evolve。 Megan is such a fun character and I really enjoyed seeing her become a strong and empowered single mum and how she dealt with that。 The moonstone cove series is fantastic and shows a great sense of sisterhood and friendship。

I was thoroughly engrossed in this book, that I turned the last page without realizing it。 Elizabeth Hunter has done it again with the third book in the Moonstone Cove series。We are with Megan for this ride, and dang if she doesn't have an awesome personality。 She's no Southern Belle, and she kick's butt and takes names。 Her alter ego in her head is called "Sugar", and she truly is hilarious。 She loves to antagonize her ex husband, by setting off his car alarm。。。。 ROFL, and I'm sure there are pl I was thoroughly engrossed in this book, that I turned the last page without realizing it。 Elizabeth Hunter has done it again with the third book in the Moonstone Cove series。We are with Megan for this ride, and dang if she doesn't have an awesome personality。 She's no Southern Belle, and she kick's butt and takes names。 Her alter ego in her head is called "Sugar", and she truly is hilarious。 She loves to antagonize her ex husband, by setting off his car alarm。。。。 ROFL, and I'm sure there are plenty of people who would love to be able to do that。。。 I know I would and I don't have an ex。。。The girls get involved in a mystery of stolen vines, with the emphasis on Megan and Nico。 Val also shows up with Sully, and briefly helps out。 You'll never believe how all three books are linked。 I was shocked。This is a fast moving book, a page turner, plenty of wonderful interaction between the girls, and the guys。 It's just a fun read, excellently written, with awesome characters you can get behind。 It would be really cool if the girls from Glimmer Lake and Moonstone Cove came together for a mystery。 That would be an epic read。 Looking forward to the next book that comes our way from Elizabeth Hunter, author extrodinaire。 。。。more

Fate Interrupted is the third book in the Moonstone Cove series, and now I need to read the first two。 However, you don't NEED to read the first two to understand what's going on or enjoy this delightfully funny sort of paranormal sort of suspense, definitely romantic book。 I enjoyed the fact that the characters were older, late 40's for Megan and Nico。 They both have teenagers that make their romance super cool or gross for the kids (that's always enjoyable)。 And the friends from the first two Fate Interrupted is the third book in the Moonstone Cove series, and now I need to read the first two。 However, you don't NEED to read the first two to understand what's going on or enjoy this delightfully funny sort of paranormal sort of suspense, definitely romantic book。 I enjoyed the fact that the characters were older, late 40's for Megan and Nico。 They both have teenagers that make their romance super cool or gross for the kids (that's always enjoyable)。 And the friends from the first two books, Katharine and Toni, play predominant roles in this story。 Toni is pregnant, and her pregnant personality is hilarious。 The mystery is exciting, and I know more about wine grape vines than I knew before, and that's very cool。 My only complaint about this book is I would have loved more about Megan and Nico's romance and where it went; perhaps there will be more interconnected series in the future? Either way, this was a remarkable story with great characters。 。。。more

I love the women of Moonstone Cove as much as I loved the ones written about in the Glimmer Lake series。 The stories of mature women are so much more relatable to me than those of young girls。 Ms。 Hunter always manages to make me say 'been there, done that' excluding, of course, the paranormal side of her stories。 Her stories rank second in my list of favorite Hunter books, with her vampires still being number one。 Megan's and Nico's story is set in a vineyard。 Gosh, what more can you wish for a I love the women of Moonstone Cove as much as I loved the ones written about in the Glimmer Lake series。 The stories of mature women are so much more relatable to me than those of young girls。 Ms。 Hunter always manages to make me say 'been there, done that' excluding, of course, the paranormal side of her stories。 Her stories rank second in my list of favorite Hunter books, with her vampires still being number one。 Megan's and Nico's story is set in a vineyard。 Gosh, what more can you wish for as a wine lover!
