As someone who grew up watching the Selena movie and obsessing over her last concert it was so nice to see Selena from Chris’ perspective。 I love romance and the way he write about Selena is so precious。 They’re love was like no other and seeing the different sides of their relationship was so refreshing。 Super great book if you love romance， Selena， and happy endings！

Coincidentally finished the book on the 26th anniversary of her passing。 I liked the book， but I wish there had been a bit more， a bit more details， more depth。 I was happy to know that it came from him， and not a ghost writer， but while that’s a positive， it is also not one of its strengths。 Overall， I’m glad I read it and I’m happy he wrote it。 It’s a beautiful love story cut tragically short。
