3。5 ⭐️ I wanted to love this book， but I struggled with Cal and Aida’s overall relationship aside from the sex。 I would have liked to see a couple “normal” dates for them to give insight of how they’re falling for each other — especially Cal because I feel his character went from Hello to I Love You overnight。 More of his point of view and thought process would have been great to read。

My Review: welll。。 I think Cal might just be my favourite Alchemy founder。 😩🥺I started this book feeling this book was a little different to the others， there was less sex， well not necessarily less， but it was later in the book it started， but boy was it worth it！It was hot， steamy & very intense， but it all made for fantastic reading 😂 the chemistry between the two was off the charts & let me tell you the bloke who we all thought wasn’t one for settling down， fell first and fell hard， he was v My Review: welll。。 I think Cal might just be my favourite Alchemy founder。 😩🥺I started this book feeling this book was a little different to the others， there was less sex， well not necessarily less， but it was later in the book it started， but boy was it worth it！It was hot， steamy & very intense， but it all made for fantastic reading 😂 the chemistry between the two was off the charts & let me tell you the bloke who we all thought wasn’t one for settling down， fell first and fell hard， he was very aware of Aida’s wants and needs & was very gentlemanly in the way he looks after her feelings。 I just wanted to wrap him up and give him a bloody big cuddle。Aida was a lady who knew what she wanted & went after it， but in a very public way to show women that it’s ok to still want good sex in their 40’s。。 everyone sees her as a force to be reckoned with & for the most part she is， but she has a vulnerable softer side that Cal seems to bring out of her。Some of the role play on this book was just spot on 👌🏼👌🏼 it’s not my tastes but something about seeing a woman finally admit her sexual desires and receive them with no judgement from the other party just hit the spot， I was almost cheering them on 😅Although these books do read as stand alone’s I do think you need to start from the beginning to appreciate the growth in all the characters。Well done Elodie for surpassing my expectations once again。🐧🩷 。。。more

Another hot hot read from Elodie Hart！Cal has been a favourite side character through the other books in this series so I thoroughly enjoyed getting to see him shine。There aren't enough age gap stories where the woman is older in this genre， so it was great to see a character like Aida come to life on the page。 She is strong， powerful， beautiful， but faltering after life has dealt her a blow in her 40s （extremely relatable to many I am sure！）Bringing the two together is explosive， and I love the Another hot hot read from Elodie Hart！Cal has been a favourite side character through the other books in this series so I thoroughly enjoyed getting to see him shine。There aren't enough age gap stories where the woman is older in this genre， so it was great to see a character like Aida come to life on the page。 She is strong， powerful， beautiful， but faltering after life has dealt her a blow in her 40s （extremely relatable to many I am sure！）Bringing the two together is explosive， and I love the way Elodie uses the slicy scenes to unlock the characters emotionally and physically。 Am so thrilled there will be more books in this series。 I never want it to end！ 。。。more

“Did you just compare my powerful， masculine ejaculation to a bird shitting on a windshield？”Yes， Cal， yes she did。 Untether was a fun easy read featuring everyone’s favorite side character from the previous books in the series。 At times I wish I had more of Cal’s personal growth and gotten to be in his head more （we got a better glimpse in the bonus epilogue with him talking about the boys but I needed more） and at the same time I wish the opposite for Aida。 I wish I had gotten to see more of h “Did you just compare my powerful， masculine ejaculation to a bird shitting on a windshield？”Yes， Cal， yes she did。 Untether was a fun easy read featuring everyone’s favorite side character from the previous books in the series。 At times I wish I had more of Cal’s personal growth and gotten to be in his head more （we got a better glimpse in the bonus epilogue with him talking about the boys but I needed more） and at the same time I wish the opposite for Aida。 I wish I had gotten to see more of her growth in her sexual journey with Cal instead of her just recapping it later in a more proper mindset。 This was a huge part about that journey for her but most of the scenes were in Cals pov。 Don’t get me wrong， I love Cal and appreciate all the hot Cal action I received but just in keeping with seeing them as well rounded characters。 Maybe I just selfishly needed every scrap of Cal possible。 😅🙈🤷🏻♀️ Even with that minor nitpick， this book was funny and hot and just enjoyable to read。 There wasn’t any unnecessary drama， though even knowing that I was still waiting for the other shoe to drop half the time。 It was really nice that our beloved Cal just got to get the girl and we got to enjoy that。 Did I also mention this book included Cal？ Did I mention I love Cal？ I think that speaks for itself。 。。。more

Untether brings the ultimate book boyfriend the Cinnamon roll with an edge of kink。 Then we meet Aida， a woman who speaks directly to this 40-something soul。This book moves away from some of the darker elements of Books 1-3 in the Alchemy Series and in my opinion， crosses the divide between Elodie Hart and her alter ego Sara Madderson， truely Alchemy meets Love in London。

Dilemmas， Dilemmas！What does it say when you want to read a book as fast as you can but also decide you want to take it as slow as possible because you don’t want it to end？ Well this is the dilemma I found myself in。 I can tell you it says it’s an incredible book。 Believe me， it is。 Honestly， this is one of my favorite books of 2024。It’s fun， it’s smart， it’s timely， You will laugh， have tears appear in your eyes when you least expect it。 You will definitely swoon， while simultaneously turn on Dilemmas， Dilemmas！What does it say when you want to read a book as fast as you can but also decide you want to take it as slow as possible because you don’t want it to end？ Well this is the dilemma I found myself in。 I can tell you it says it’s an incredible book。 Believe me， it is。 Honestly， this is one of my favorite books of 2024。It’s fun， it’s smart， it’s timely， You will laugh， have tears appear in your eyes when you least expect it。 You will definitely swoon， while simultaneously turn on the air conditioning， even though it’s winter。I can picture Cal saying， “Baby it may be cold outside but it’s hot as Hades in here”。The author hit the spot， literally and figuratively， on this one。 The messaging， the branding， and the story pull you all the way in from page one。Fun loving Cal， is beyond fun， feisty， focused， flirty， fervid and fabulously handsome。 He’s a free thinker。 Enter Aida。 She’s smart， stylish， sophisticated， stunning， self motivated and spirited。 She’s also very savvy and sharp。Together Cal and Aida can change attitudes。 However， that’s not all that changes。 No spoilers from me。 You need to enjoy this story for yourself。 First you’ll have to decide do you jump in and stay up all night reading or read slowly and savor every moment and feeling in these pages？ I opt for slow。 Revel in all its deliciousness and enjoy the tingly feelings you’ll get as well as the witty banter。Believe me if you’ve read the other books in the series you’ll be happy to know the gangs all here， plus some new ones to add to the dynamics。 If you haven’t read the other books don’t worry your enjoyment won’t be inhibited。 You really should though to enhance this experience。 It’s like adding extra seasoning to intensify the flavor。One area I haven’t commented on is the chapter titles （quotes）。 They are truly thought provoking。 I did a lot of highlighting， which is very unlike me。 I was going to reference them。 Again， I decided you should take it all in yourself。I think you can tell I loved this book。 I don’t know where the author is taking me next but I can’t wait to throw open my mind and enjoy the journey。 I just have to remember to turn on the air conditioning first！ 。。。more
