This is an amazing storyline！！ Ewan and Tara are a match made by circumstance。 It is definitely worth your time to read。 I fell in love with these two characters。 It is an amazing storyline！ B。B。 hit it out of the park with this book。I received this book as an ARC copy for a voluntarily honest review。

I love me a mafia romance novel and BB Hamel’s The Killer’s New Wife is no exception。 Fast paced and a steamy read it starts with Tara witnessing Ewan killing her father and burning down her house。 Instead of killing Tara or letting her escape Ewan is tasked with keeping an eye on Tara much to his dismay。We learn that Tara’s father was a criminal that traffics women and that Don Valentino （Ewan’s boss） bought those women， but he had Tara’s father killed because they are related to the the Healy’ I love me a mafia romance novel and BB Hamel’s The Killer’s New Wife is no exception。 Fast paced and a steamy read it starts with Tara witnessing Ewan killing her father and burning down her house。 Instead of killing Tara or letting her escape Ewan is tasked with keeping an eye on Tara much to his dismay。We learn that Tara’s father was a criminal that traffics women and that Don Valentino （Ewan’s boss） bought those women， but he had Tara’s father killed because they are related to the the Healy’s - an Irish crime family whom are trying to make a name for themselves in Don Valentino’s territory。 The Healy’s want Tara because they think she can help them by picking up her father’s job。Ewan lives by two rules - he’ll do pretty much anything that the Don wants but he doesn’t harm women or children。 He tells Tara that she can either stay with him or try and escape but that the Healy’s or someone else from the Don will just catch her and do who knows what to her。As Tara spends more time with Ewan she learns more about him and why he lives by his codes and her attraction grows deeper。 I highly recommend this page turner！I received an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review 。。。more

4。5I kept wondering what happened to the old one。 But I digress。 I found I rather liked Ewan。 He’s got a few principals and likes his comfort。 I liked how well he knew himself。Tara is 23， young and totally clueless。 She kind of got on my nerves。 But Ewan made up for it。 He has to take her home with him and marry her to prove his loyalty。 Steamy， a bit shady and lots of drama。

Enemies to lovers。 I liked that Ewan was the mob guy with a heart and some integrity and standards， whichever you choose to call it。 He had lines he refused to cross regardless of what the Don wanted and he stuck to those standards and I admired that aspect。 I liked that Tara and Ewan grew together with their friendship and trust and then love and a bond。 Perfect ending。 Decisions were made！！！ Another great mafia story from this author。
