Normally I love Zoe Blake’s books but I just didn’t like barone’s character at all。 Amara was right with her assumptions of him he’s self- centered， a bully and a bit of an a-hole。 He rarely got consent from amara until much later in the book。 The age gap didn’t bother me but the way he belittled her because of it did。 It got better towards the end when their relationship was more consensual。 Cesare’s book sounds like it will be better and I’ll try that one when it’s released。
