Great opener on this new series。 I enjoyed meeting Rachel as she talked herself into leaving her current location in LA。 She definitely needed to make some changes and lay low。 Heading back to her home town she gets reacquainted with a couple of old friends and settles into her new apartment。 She returns home from a stroll， finds her door open and a scary note left for her。 I received a free copy of this book as an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review。
