I can do everything you recommend。 Other productivity books recommend solutions that are expensive or difficult to implement。 The most complex thing that Daniel indicates is to use paper and pencil and the most expensive is salvia or salt。Daniel does not preach, sell himself as a productivity genius or invent impossible situations with characters who can escape to a productivity course on an island paradise。 I read many books of this type and the first thing I felt when reading Daniel's was Wow!
