Another perfect addition to the sweetverse！ I was so excited for this book that I set an alarm to wake up at 5:30 am to give myself 4 hours to read before work， but my body was just too excited I guess and I woke myself up naturally at 2:30 am and read until my alarm went off and then some。 I could NOT put this baby down！Moon does such a perfect job of making her stories and characters so real and lifelike that there's no way to NOT lose yourself in their pages， and the spice is always top tier Another perfect addition to the sweetverse！ I was so excited for this book that I set an alarm to wake up at 5:30 am to give myself 4 hours to read before work， but my body was just too excited I guess and I woke myself up naturally at 2:30 am and read until my alarm went off and then some。 I could NOT put this baby down！Moon does such a perfect job of making her stories and characters so real and lifelike that there's no way to NOT lose yourself in their pages， and the spice is always top tier and woven into so much of the story without it being overwhelming and AUGH。 I love it。 Chance was by far my favorite， followed closely by Bear。 Holy fuck how does moon get us to fall in love with so many of her characters？！？！ 。。。more

This book left me speechless。 Kathryn did amazing with Faith’s story。 Everything about this book was *chef’s kiss。* One thing that stood out to me was the way Kathryn wrote Faith as a feral omega。 She did amazing with that character。 I loved with this book how I constantly wanted to keep reading and was upset when I was interrupted。 From the sweet moments to the spicy it was such a good even balance that I loved。 The FMC Faith struggled to trust anyone after being captured， but in comes the alph This book left me speechless。 Kathryn did amazing with Faith’s story。 Everything about this book was *chef’s kiss。* One thing that stood out to me was the way Kathryn wrote Faith as a feral omega。 She did amazing with that character。 I loved with this book how I constantly wanted to keep reading and was upset when I was interrupted。 From the sweet moments to the spicy it was such a good even balance that I loved。 The FMC Faith struggled to trust anyone after being captured， but in comes the alpha Bear。 Bear is a gentle giant and gave Faith anything and everything she needed。 He has such a soft spot for her and he honestly was my favorite of the men。 I really loved Chance too， his attitude and dominance。 For him being a beta he has such an alpha energy that I love， and he is so adorable with Faith。 Now for King， I kept wanting him to go to Faith more and mark her， I was so excited when he finally did lol。 Lastly Ghost， was very different， but I loved his character。 I couldn’t help but want to hug him so much。 When he finally decided to make it up to Faith and Chance I grinned so much lol。 One thing I loved was being able to read a little bit about Eve and Adams pack and how they found Faith。 It was so good to be able to read more about her and how they were doing。 Spice？ Everything and so much more！ I enjoyed the way the men were able to bring Faith more out of her being a feral omega。 Overall， this story was so good！ Kathryn did amazing。 I loved the plot， story and characters。 I can’t wait to see what Kathryn writes next！ Her books always amaze me and I love them！ 。。。more

I've been excited about Faith and the Dead End Devils since I read Bad Alpha last October and we were introduced （off page） to Faith - the sister of Adam， who's the omega in Bad Alpha。 The Sweetverse series are standalone books by Kathryn Moon - with a few by Lana Cole set in the same world （disclaimer: I tried Lyric and the Heartbeats by Lana Cole and didn't enjoy）。 They can be read as standalones （I read the duet Lola and the Millionaires first） - Baby's book and Lola's book are loosely tied s I've been excited about Faith and the Dead End Devils since I read Bad Alpha last October and we were introduced （off page） to Faith - the sister of Adam， who's the omega in Bad Alpha。 The Sweetverse series are standalone books by Kathryn Moon - with a few by Lana Cole set in the same world （disclaimer: I tried Lyric and the Heartbeats by Lana Cole and didn't enjoy）。 They can be read as standalones （I read the duet Lola and the Millionaires first） - Baby's book and Lola's book are loosely tied since they're best friends， and I'd say Bad Alpha and Faith's book are loosely tied since Adam and Faith are siblings。 I know large series can be intimidating to some people， so while I highly recommend Lola's duet because it's just SO GOOD， if you want to skip to Bad Alpha / Faith， you can。 Are you familiar with the concept of an omegaverse？ If so， skip to the next paragraph。 But if you want a little context - here it is。 This is a contemporary world （no magic， no shifters） where people are born with the designation of alpha， beta， or omega。 Betas are the most common， think of them as "average joes"。 Alphas have the capacity to "bark"， which brings betas/omegas to heel; they're typically stronger and more dominating， and they form packs of other alphas that center around an omega。 And omega is rare， and they thrive on care and being spoiled; their presence calms alphas and helps them not go feral。 The relationship between an alpha/omega can be sexual or non-sexual。 For example， in Baby and the Late Night Howlers， Baby is the omega to a pack of over a dozen alphas in a motorcycle club - but she only 'bonds' with five or six。 An alpha can bite an omega or a beta， and that will give them an emotional link to one another。 In over your head yet？？ The omegaverse was a concept drummed up in fan fiction and it's just a fun， weird little world。 Okay， back to the book。 I always get a little nervous reading a follow up book to a series I've loved。 You know… what if it doesn't live up to the hype？ Something I like about this series and Kathryn Moon's writing is that she has made all the books feel SO different。 Even Baby's book， which also has a motorcycle club， feels worlds apart because of the set up and goal of the club。 The Late Night Howler MC is a pack… the Dead End Devils are purposefully not。 The DEDs are much more raunchy （sleeping with club sweet butts， random women， and are ill mannered and feral）， whereas a lot of the LNHs have their own betas and are generally… kinder。 Kathryn keeps each of her new books in this world feeling fresh and different， because they're not about a particular friend group or type of person… they're about living in this omegaverse world， period。 There are four guys in this why choose romance - 3 alphas， 1 beta。 I wasn't sure how each one would stack up for me， but I have to say my favorite is probably Chance， then a tie between Bear and Ghost， then King in last place。 Chance is a beta， and has a chip on his shoulder because of it。 Betas are at the bottom of the totem pole and he's rude and mean to everyone because he's angry at the world。 Faith brings out the best in him， the soft side。 I also love the "my boyfriend has a boyfriend" trope， which plays out between Faith， Chance， and Ghost， but I won't say too much about that。 Except I fully want a book where the hero is a confident， cocky， charming fuckboy except with the heroine - with whom he's super awkward and nervous。 I just find that dynamic adorable！ The whole set up of this book is pretty dark， I'd say on par with Bad Alpha？ Faith has been kidnapped to be sold for her omega status， until she's intercepted and rescued by Bear and crew， who keep her separate from the other guys in the MC who'd likely go feral for her。 She's wounded and has major PTSD and is half-feral herself， living in a survival mode state。 Seeing her come out of her shell to trust Bear and Chance was wonderful - and later with Ghost there was more levity because she'd already gained confidence。 The weak link to me was King， just because I felt he got the least relationship building （and yes， I wish there had been some 'daddy' moments！）。 If you enjoy omegaverse or Kathryn Moons writing， I think you'll enjoy this book。 It's one of those books where you just don't want to put it down。 Will it stand up as a favorite in the long run？ We'll see！ 。。。more

I was held hostage by Faith and her Dead End Devils， but I don't want to be saved。The newest installment in Moon's Sweetverse saga does not disappoint。 Faith is a fun little bundle of ferocity and hope， and her men run the spectrum from attractively competent to the screw-up with a handsome smile and （mostly） good intentions。 Bear is the loveable gentle giant that we all want in our lives。 He's cared for omegas before， and he has this beautiful sense of honor from the very beginning。 He's the al I was held hostage by Faith and her Dead End Devils， but I don't want to be saved。The newest installment in Moon's Sweetverse saga does not disappoint。 Faith is a fun little bundle of ferocity and hope， and her men run the spectrum from attractively competent to the screw-up with a handsome smile and （mostly） good intentions。 Bear is the loveable gentle giant that we all want in our lives。 He's cared for omegas before， and he has this beautiful sense of honor from the very beginning。 He's the alpha we want to love and squish and ask for all the pretty things because we know that he'll go out and get them immediately。Chance is our beta of the group， though he makes up for it with his attitude and natural dominance。 He's got a bit of an identity crisis going on as far as his designation and relationships go。 He's a good balancing force among all the alpha energy， and I liked that Faith is able to help give him what he needs。 Despite her having trauma that's entirely thanks to her designation， she helps him get more settled in his。 King may be the one who stand out the least for me， but I think there'll be a big crowd of readers who enjoy the reluctant pack leader。 It's not always the women who have to be hard to get， and King definitely needs to be conquered by Faith。 Now， Ghost was my favorite， which I was totally surprised by because， yes， I truly do find competence attractive， and Ghost is just。。。 not that。 This poor alpha is a mess of insecurity， and I JUST WANT TO HUG HIM。 He just can't help but screw things up， and the earnestness with which he tries to fix his mistakes。。。 only to then somewhat screw up again， I mean， how can you not want to boop his nose and rescue him？Now， as far as the romance is concerned， Moon has delivered her usual sweet moments as well as giving us the spice to balance out the cavities。 One of the things that I was super curious about was how the MM would play out because I knew that Chance and Ghost weren't going to have the same love story as Lola's boys or any of the others。 However， I shouldn't have worried。 Yes， Chance and Ghost's journey together looks different than what we've seen before from Moon （or at least from my memory）， but it has a resolution that lets the two men come together in a new way where they fit better than they did before Faith。 I actually really like that their love story was different， so I'm very happy with how that turned out。 Anyway， I am not surprised that I really enjoyed this book because I've enjoyed every Sweetverse book， but what I liked the most is that this book inspired me to dig back into Bad Alpha。 Eve didn't hit me the same way that Lola， Baby， and Faith did， but we get to see her again in Faith's book， and I think seeing her in the aftermath of Bad Alpha and how she is with Faith reminded me that she's a cinnamon roll in slow-bake mode。 She started to defrost in her own book， and she's still getting a little sweeter with time。 So， for me， that was a fun reward。 Outside of that， I mean， do you really need me to say it at this point？ Faith and the Dead End Devils is totally worth it in its own right。 。。。more
