Fantastic book, a must read for any serious golfer!This book is exactly what I needed! I’ve been struggling with back pain and leg pain over the past couple of years and this book has laid out a clear cut plan for me to right all the wrongs in my golf swing physiology。 Can’t wait to work on this stuff throughout the winter and come back totally prepared for the golf season next Spring。 It’s a good read and full of scientific explanations of the why behind each of the movements。
