“I am an idiot。 I’m an idiot for liking you！”I love this book。 It gripped me from the beginning， i finished it in just a few hours。 The characters were fantastic， I love Arwen。 She is a strong female character， who hunts for her family。 The Dragon King needs an heir， searching for woman's who can bare his child。 Arwen tries to escape but she's caught and from there starts the unrevealing of secrets and burning romance between them。 I can't wait for the next book。 This was a great start to a new “I am an idiot。 I’m an idiot for liking you！”I love this book。 It gripped me from the beginning， i finished it in just a few hours。 The characters were fantastic， I love Arwen。 She is a strong female character， who hunts for her family。 The Dragon King needs an heir， searching for woman's who can bare his child。 Arwen tries to escape but she's caught and from there starts the unrevealing of secrets and burning romance between them。 I can't wait for the next book。 This was a great start to a new series。 。。。more

loved it！ Love Arwen！ She is such a strong and powerful women and you can see from the beginning how great a queen she would make！ I love that she refuses to be anyones “backup” and will only settle for beings someone’s 1st choice！

Really enjoyed this story。 It is a stand alone。 Awesome world created。 Love the characters。 Looking forward to the other stand alone books in the same realm。 I read it in one sitting， didn’t want to put it down。 Highly recommend this book for those who enjoy a fantasy romance with a bit of action thrown in。

I’m screaming with excitement on the inside！！！ This was fantastic！ So many feels。 I loved them！！ This moves up to the top of the list on my favs of Leia’s books-and seriously， ALL of them are beyond fantastic。 Leia never fails in whisking us away to these fantasy lands， making us laugh， maybe shedding a few tears， ripping our hair out and then falling so deep in love with the couple and the book。 I always know I’m in for a fan-freaking-tasting ride when I open up the cover。 I adored Drae and Arw I’m screaming with excitement on the inside！！！ This was fantastic！ So many feels。 I loved them！！ This moves up to the top of the list on my favs of Leia’s books-and seriously， ALL of them are beyond fantastic。 Leia never fails in whisking us away to these fantasy lands， making us laugh， maybe shedding a few tears， ripping our hair out and then falling so deep in love with the couple and the book。 I always know I’m in for a fan-freaking-tasting ride when I open up the cover。 I adored Drae and Arwen。 There’s so much angst…。so many complications。 There’s secrets and twists and brick walls that just about killed me！！！ The sacrifice scene towards the end…my heart broke and then Leia being Leia， healed it right up。 This is a definite one-click。 While this was a stand alone book there are more in this series and I cannot wait for the other books to be released！！！ 。。。more

Yet another great read by Leia Stone。 This story is a fast-paced， enjoyable read， that I definitely loved getting lost in。 The characters were so perfectly made that I couldn't help but love them。 Things move fairly fast in this first story but it is a nice setup for what's to come next with the following King。 I'm truly intrigued by this new world setup and daaaang I loved me the dragon shifter side of it。 And the trope of two old clans that were at each other's throats and then come along two Yet another great read by Leia Stone。 This story is a fast-paced， enjoyable read， that I definitely loved getting lost in。 The characters were so perfectly made that I couldn't help but love them。 Things move fairly fast in this first story but it is a nice setup for what's to come next with the following King。 I'm truly intrigued by this new world setup and daaaang I loved me the dragon shifter side of it。 And the trope of two old clans that were at each other's throats and then come along two people， years later， that have instant chemistry and find a way to make it work。 Even if others want to sway the mind of the king to safer options。 Leaving me， meanwhile， goingI found this journey to be such a healing one for especially the King。 It would've been cool to see a little inside his head （but I've also been reading a lot of dual pov books so that could be swaying that thought process）。 The journey was such a precious and adorable one。 I can't wait to see what is in store for us next and look forward to that Queen being taken down！！！ I was legit so sad when certain people， that I will not name， didn't make it。 Like nooooo。 My heart cracked。 For reals。 I thought they'd somehow survive。。。but then noooo they had to go and do something like off with your head scenario and I was like。。。can we call in a healer for this？！ It could still work dammit！ Reattach and kabang all fixed。 Alas， it's not that kind of fantasy story where we can bring people back from death。 So。。。have fun with that heartbreak。 You will all love so much about this story， so don't forget to preorder the ebook before it releases on the 29th September （Paperback is now live）！ Thanks， Leia for another awesome fantasy book！ I can't wait to see these characters reappear in the next books。 Even if we are no longer in their pov。 I was provided with an ARC of this book by Leia in place of an honest review， and as always this is my honest opinion。 Happy reading！ 。。。more

This is one of my favorites Leia has written！ The world building was awesome setting a stage that was familiar enough to not be weird but different enough to keep my attention。 This book was filled with enough twist and turns that while Leia promised a HEA I couldn’t guess how she would get there。 But don’t worry she does。 The side characters are well written and need their own stories。 I’m excited for the next three in this series and any more we can beg from her in this world！
