Book three in the Creektown Discoveries series can be read as a standalone。 However it will make more sense if you read books one and two; The Walnut Creek Wish and The Sugarcreek Surprise。In The Apple Creek Announcement we meet old friends Orley and Lois。 I’ve come to love them！ Such good hearted people who care for others so much that they find unique ways of helping people。 And we meet new friends Andrea and Brandon who are dealing with life issues and a relationship that becomes rocky。 Well Book three in the Creektown Discoveries series can be read as a standalone。 However it will make more sense if you read books one and two; The Walnut Creek Wish and The Sugarcreek Surprise。In The Apple Creek Announcement we meet old friends Orley and Lois。 I’ve come to love them！ Such good hearted people who care for others so much that they find unique ways of helping people。 And we meet new friends Andrea and Brandon who are dealing with life issues and a relationship that becomes rocky。 Well developed， the characters are true to life。A sweet story with a surprise ending I absolutely loved， fans of author Wanda Brunstetter are sure to enjoy this book。I received a complimentary copy of this book but was not required to leave a review。 。。。more

Sadly， THE APPLE CREEK ANNOUNCEMENT is the last story in The Creektown Discoveries trilogy。 Oh how I love a Wanda Brunstetter story！ She had my emotions all over the place。 Once I started reading THE APPLE CREEK ANNOUNCEMENT it was very hard to stop！ The twists and turns made it impossible to put down， as I had to know what was going to happen to Andrea after finding out she was adopted and pushing things aside with Brandon who is wanting to marry her！ What an awesome story。 All of Wanda’s chara Sadly， THE APPLE CREEK ANNOUNCEMENT is the last story in The Creektown Discoveries trilogy。 Oh how I love a Wanda Brunstetter story！ She had my emotions all over the place。 Once I started reading THE APPLE CREEK ANNOUNCEMENT it was very hard to stop！ The twists and turns made it impossible to put down， as I had to know what was going to happen to Andrea after finding out she was adopted and pushing things aside with Brandon who is wanting to marry her！ What an awesome story。 All of Wanda’s characters feel genuine and relatable and put your emotions on one heck of a roller coaster ride。 As you are reading， you will find yourself cheering for all of them， praying they can work out their problems and be happy once again。Once you start reading THE APPLE CREEK ANNOUNCEMENT it will be very hard to stop！ Wanda sure knows how to put a new twist on Amish fiction！ Trust is the main lesson in this wonderful story。 Can we put our trust in God to right our troubles in our lives if it is his will？ This story definitely makes you think about that question。THE APPLE CREEK ANNOUNCEMENT is without a doubt one of the best Amish books I’ve read in 2022 so far。 I was instantly emotionally invested in all of the characters。 Wanda Brunstetter is such a wonderful and heart tugging author and she had me laughing and crying on the very same page。 I am now going to read all of her previous books that I have somehow missed as she is now an auto buy author for me！ THE APPLE CREEK ANNOUNCEMENT made me very sad to have to say goodbye to this wonderful trilogy。 Grab your copy today and get on the couch！I received a complimentary copy of this book from just read Publicity Tours。 Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own。 。。。more

I do believe this was my favorite book in this series。 Maybe even my most favorite book by Wanda Brunstetter。 It had romance， faith， and suspense。 The details throughout the book were so unexpected and kept me on my toes wondering what was going to happen next。 Not only the suspense of Andrea finding out who her mother was but if she and Brandon were actually going to work things out after she found her birth mother。 Speaking of birth mother。 I totally didn't see that coming。 This book definitel I do believe this was my favorite book in this series。 Maybe even my most favorite book by Wanda Brunstetter。 It had romance， faith， and suspense。 The details throughout the book were so unexpected and kept me on my toes wondering what was going to happen next。 Not only the suspense of Andrea finding out who her mother was but if she and Brandon were actually going to work things out after she found her birth mother。 Speaking of birth mother。 I totally didn't see that coming。 This book definitely didn't disappoint and was a good read！ 。。。more

I so enjoyed this book！ Usually， Brunstetter books have main characters who are Amish， and I love those stories。 But this time the main characters， Andrea and Brandon are not Amish and the switch up was fun。 Of course， there were Amish characters in the book， the continuing story of Orley and Lois Troyer， and both of them are familiar and well-loved characters from previous books in this series。 Andrea doesn’t learn she was adopted as a baby until she reaches adulthood。 Her eventual understandin I so enjoyed this book！ Usually， Brunstetter books have main characters who are Amish， and I love those stories。 But this time the main characters， Andrea and Brandon are not Amish and the switch up was fun。 Of course， there were Amish characters in the book， the continuing story of Orley and Lois Troyer， and both of them are familiar and well-loved characters from previous books in this series。 Andrea doesn’t learn she was adopted as a baby until she reaches adulthood。 Her eventual understanding and forgiveness toward the parents who raised her is so inspiring。 However， the search for her birth mother consumes her from that moment and causes rifts in her relationships。I enjoyed seeing the character’s flaws in this book。 We all have them， of course， even the Amish， but Wanda Brunstetter made these people real with their shortcomings and failures as well as their problems。Brandon and Andrea’s pets play an important role and I enjoyed that aspect of this story。 Working together to solve problems with their furry friends seems to bring the couple closer。 They become engaged to be married in the beginning of the book， but they will face some rough times ahead。 Is their love strong enough to make it through？ What about their faith in the One who can work good from every mistake or wrong-turn？Brunstetter has never failed to keep my interest through the entire book and this one was no exception。 Pick up a copy of the Apple Creek Announcement and get lost in the story of Andrea and Brandon as well as that of Orley and Lois。 You’ll be so glad you did。I received a copy of this book from Barbour Publishing but was not required to post a review。 。。。more

This is the third in the series， although they are great as standalone reads as well。 I have to say I enjoyed the other ones better but this one was good and I am so grateful for the opportunity to read it。I want to thank @barbourbooks through @netgalley for allowing me a copy of this book。

This is the third book in the series and I found it be much more interesting than the first two books。 I enjoyed the characters and the storyline because the first books didn’t hold my attention as well as this one did。 I wasn’t surprised by the revelation at the end and thinkthe author wrapped up the series in the best possible way。 If you like a faith filled story with love and forgiveness， this is one you’ll want to read。 I received a copy from the publisher。 All opinions are my own。
