Loved it! I believe this book is pertinent to personal life as well as business。 The struggle with daily stress is real and seems to be increasing each year。 This book walks you through techniques of pause, breathing, and centering yourself to feel good and stay on the right path (again, for personal as well as work issues)。Received the book from Goodreads Giveaway, thank you!
