There are sixteen examples of events that simply cannot be explained in this book。 Each is well written and full of obscure facts。 My favorite stories were of a man who was beaten about the head and then became a mathematical prodigy and a tale of the exorcism of Satan from a boy in the 1920s。 I was surprised to learn that this very story was the basis of Peter Blatty’s The Exorcist。 This is juicy stuff and well worth your time。
