When Ellis Earnshaw and Heathan James met as children, they couldn’t have been more different。 Ellis was loud and beautiful – all blond hair, bright laughs and smiles。 Heathan was dark and brooding, and obsessed with watching things die。
The pair forged an unlikely friendship, unique and strange。 Until they were ripped apart by the sick cruelty of others, separated for years, both locked in a perpetual hell。
Eleven years later, Heathan is back for his girl。 Back from a place from which he thought there was no return。 Back to seek revenge on those who wronged them。
Time has made Heathan’s soul darker, polluted with hatred and the thirst for blood。
Time has made Ellis a shell of her former self, a little girl lost in the vastness of her pain。
As Heathan pulls Ellis out of her mental prison, reviving the essence of who she once was, down the rabbit hole they will go。
With malice in their hearts and vengeance in their veins, they will seek out the ones who hurt and destroyed them。

Solid 4。5⭐️。 This would have been a 5⭐️ had it not been for the first few chapters which almost made me DNF。 The TW are there and I suggest anyone who is thinking about reading this seriously look at them。Overall it was quite a beautiful read in terms of Tillie Coles writing and how she addresses certain mental issues in the book。Would I recommend this book? Yes but only if you go in with an open mind and the TW in mind。

First off - this is DARK, I completely understand why some people won't read this, having said that though the content for me is no worse then a watching a TV series or movie that are readily available to watch anywhere yet when an author has the same/similar content they get banned - I really don't get that! That's just my opinion on the matter。This book has been on my TBR for years, and when I recently received an exclusive edition in the Mystic Box I knew it was time to read it。This book is o First off - this is DARK, I completely understand why some people won't read this, having said that though the content for me is no worse then a watching a TV series or movie that are readily available to watch anywhere yet when an author has the same/similar content they get banned - I really don't get that! WOW。 Wow。 Wow。I’ve been wanting a DARK romance book。 I’ve read dark romance but I wanted more。 And this one delivered。 I really don’t even know how to put in to words my feelings about it。I know I loved everything about it。If you choose to read this, it’s DARK。 What you think is dark, is probably not as dark as this。

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 Read the trigger warnings。 This book was completely f’d up and I loved it。 Like wow。 I have no words for what I read。 A girl who is abused and loves Alive in Wonderland basically adopts it into her head to get away from reality when she’s rescued by her best friend who’s just as messed up in the head as her。 They are out for revenge!

Like most others, I had heard many things about Heathan and Ellis and the craziness that ensues in Tillie Coles novel—having read nothing else by her, I went in mostly blind and more than a little worried。 This story is incredible; it is unique, terrifying, visceral, surprisingly sweet and wickedly sexy。 It made me so furious that I nearly tossed my book out a window, but it also made me cackle and cheer and douse myself with ice water to put out some of the flames。 Psychotically good triumphs o Like most others, I had heard many things about Heathan and Ellis and the craziness that ensues in Tillie Coles novel—having read nothing else by her, I went in mostly blind and more than a little worried。 This story is incredible; it is unique, terrifying, visceral, surprisingly sweet and wickedly sexy。 It made me so furious that I nearly tossed my book out a window, but it also made me cackle and cheer and douse myself with ice water to put out some of the flames。 Psychotically good triumphs over shockingly evil, and it does so with an Alice in Wonderland dress and a shattered pocket watch。 Tik-Tok! 。。。more

Time for tea! 💥For real, this is the craziest, most f**ked up dark romance book I've ever read so far! Took me quite a while to finish it since the topic is definitely hard to read, especially in the first few chapters。 You know something bad gonna happen when it started with both main characters at their early age and living with a bunch of old men。 I have prepared myself but still, the graphic of it had me shook。I felt so many emotions but anger is on top of everything。 After all Dolly and Rab Time for tea! 💥For real, this is the craziest, most f**ked up dark romance book I've ever read so far! To describe this book in one word, it would be "Intense"。 This is a dark, dark, story on many levels。 That being said if one can get past the premise of the story it will draw you in, if nothing more than, just to see how and if justice can be met out。 Written with the backdrop of "Through the Looking-Glass" The main characters development was thorough to the point one could understand and sympathize how they progressed within the story。 It was an emotionally intense read that had me reading alm To describe this book in one word, it would be "Intense"。 This is a dark, dark, story on many levels。 That being said if one can get past the premise of the story it will draw you in, if nothing more than, just to see how and if justice can be met out。 Written with the backdrop of "Through the Looking-Glass" The main characters development was thorough to the point one could understand and sympathize how they progressed within the story。 It was an emotionally intense read that had me reading almost nonstop。 In this case, the title is aptly named。 。。。more

The idea for the plot wasn't bad, it's the way it was written that ruined it for me。 The plot lacked the depth and maturity needed to make this book genuinely frightening, although there were some graphic scenes that might make you uncomfortable。 The idea for the plot wasn't bad, it's the way it was written that ruined it for me。 The plot lacked the depth and maturity needed to make this book genuinely frightening, although there were some graphic scenes that might make you uncomfortable。 。。。more

2。5 ⭐Besides all the extremely graphic violence/SA in this book I just found it upsetting/not necessary but my favorite part is the fact it's basically a retelling of Alice in Wonderland which is one of my favorite stories。。 I didn't find the writing great but I am impressed on how different both books I've heard from this author are。 I definitely don't reccomend this one because it even made me pause and put it down for a bit。 2。5 ⭐Besides all the extremely graphic violence/SA in this book I just found it upsetting/not necessary but my favorite part is the fact it's basically a retelling of Alice in Wonderland which is one of my favorite stories。。 I didn't find the writing great but I am impressed on how different both books I've heard from this author are。 I definitely don't reccomend this one because it even made me pause and put it down for a bit。 。。。more

I don’t know what to feel。 This book was a more twisted retell of Bonnie and Clyde (not really a retell just me analyzing)。 This book was so heartbreaking in a lot of ways。 How abuse and trauma can turn into those things and how I can understand。 The main characters endured so much that it made me sick to read。 It made me mad and very very sad。 That’s the power of a book。 And this book was just something else, unlike anything I’ve ever read。But I don’t regret reading it at all。 This book sent my I don’t know what to feel。 This book was a more twisted retell of Bonnie and Clyde (not really a retell just me analyzing)。 This book was so heartbreaking in a lot of ways。 How abuse and trauma can turn into those things and how I can understand。 The main characters endured so much that it made me sick to read。 It made me mad and very very sad。 That’s the power of a book。 And this book was just something else, unlike anything I’ve ever read。But I don’t regret reading it at all。 This book sent my brain into different states of analyzing and it was just amazing。 The depths of the characters are outstanding。 This is a book worth reading if you are like me and like to analyze anything and everything。 This book definitely gives you something to think about。 。。。more

in a way? seeing him do all that for her。 Non the less, I was also fascinated by the fact that they also marked the killing with Dolly’s pink lipstick, marking the words “SICK FUX”, it was adorable how she spelt it wrong but Rabbit had told her it was perfect。The fucking:The way their trauma effected their sex。 They both thought it was normal for them to fuck that way, (i’m not kink shaming in anyway shape or form, im just trying to speak about how the trauma and their past effected their sex。) they would bite, they’d enjoy each others blood, it would always be rough。 I personally believe -in general- that trauma causes fucked up kinks。 And theres nothing that proves my point more than the scenes in this book。The Ending: I fucking loved the ending, they killed the bad people, they loved each other, Dolly was happy, Ellis was at peace, and Rabbit was happy that his girl was happy。Also i don’t really know where to put this but the fact that he calls her “Dolly darlin’” NCIDNDKFISNCJ FUCKI really enjoyed the shit out of this read。 I wouldn’t really recommend it to anybody。 I personally went in blind, it weirded me out a bit on how dark it was。 But in the end。 This is now one of my top 5 books。 And it will always have a special place in my fucked up heart。If you read the entire thing。。 ty babe, anyway thats all, ofc theres more but theres no words to describe it so im gonna end this here。 xx 。。。more
