Wes Malcolm is now lord of four worlds， but three worlds still remain in the hands of madmen and monsters。 The Challenger must not linger while his enemies continue to solidify their own power。
Once again， he must descend into the depths of Avalon， where another ancient rite of power， corrupted by nightmares from a forgotten age， will put his authority to the test。 He and his retinue must venture inside the territories of giant creatures who would rule Avalon with iron claws and bloodstained fangs。 One by one， he must face them down until he has wrestled away another portion of the power he needs to save Avalon's worlds。
Such power will only be his when there are no more behemoths beneath his throne。
