Terms and Conditions is the only kind of terms and conditions I wanted to read。 I was so excited for the book and couldn't wait to read， and in true Lauren Asher mode it did not disappoint！ The tropes in this book were just everything; Age-Gap， marriage of convenience， grumpy/sunshine， work place romance and billionaire romance， what more could you ask for？！ In the Fine Print we saw a little tease of Declan and Iris and in their book they just sucked me in。 Lauren Asher just gets better with eve Terms and Conditions is the only kind of terms and conditions I wanted to read。 I was so excited for the book and couldn't wait to read， and in true Lauren Asher mode it did not disappoint！ The tropes in this book were just everything; Age-Gap， marriage of convenience， grumpy/sunshine， work place romance and billionaire romance， what more could you ask for？！ In the Fine Print we saw a little tease of Declan and Iris and in their book they just sucked me in。 Lauren Asher just gets better with every book！Declan and Iris’s story was just perfection。 Their dynamic and the push and pull of their relationship was great。 You could feel their tension and chemistry from the beginning and it was *chefs kiss*。 Declan is a sexy grump who （a lot like Rowan） will do whatever he needs to get what he wants。 He had such great growth throughout the book and you could see how much he cared for Iris from the beginning。 With his main goal to become CEO of his family’s company and when he decides to marry Iris he is one step closer， but in this wild road trip called marriage， Declan discovers there is more in life than just CEO and he's not afraid to go after it。 Iris is a plant loving， ray of sunshine。 I was so intrigued by her in TFP and couldn't wait to dive deeper into who she is。 Iris is young， but also insightful and so strong。 We are able to get an insight of Iris' past， and she's so strong and determined。 Life has thrown so many challenges at Iris， but she prevails like the queen she is。 I love the representation that she brings in the book。 Declan and Iris have so many adorable， domestic moments。 Declan has such a way with words for a man who really hates words overall， he's so secretly sweet。 The number of times I had to pause for a moment to take in the cuteness， touching and heartfelt moments。 Iris and Declan are just perfect for each other， and throw in Laurens touch of spiciness and you have everything you want！Overall， the story was perfect。 You had great cameos from Rowan and Zahra and I loved the friendship that Cal and Iris have。 I could not put this book down， it's a great continuation of the series and I cant wait for Cal's book！ The extended epilogue was everything as well。 Thank you Lauren Asher and Valentine PR for the ARC！ 。。。more

my swiftie bookish people， if you like the album Lover， you’ll love this book too （as a swiftie and lover fan， I was already excited for the book when I first saw the book playlist。 Lauren Asher makes the best book playlists hands down） Characters I loved Iris and thought she was an amazing， strong female mc who constantly stood up for herself。 She always kept Declan on his toes and was never afraid to tell him if he was wrong which made their dynamic even more entertaining to read。 Iris would constantly match Declan’s energy and there was never a time when someone had more power over the other—it was an equal balance of who called shots in their dynamic and l loved that aspect of their relationship so much。 I also thought Iris was pretty funny and her internal monologue was actually fun to read。 I would read parts of her POV chapters and think “yeah， that would be my exact thought process too”。 Like she would constantly contradict herself from having these intrusive thoughts and it had me going “OMG THATS ME” And Declan。 He is your typical grumpy + daddy issues main love interest you would usually find in any kind of billionaire romance。 But the thing that separates him from the others is the ways he GENUINELY cares and supports Iris in every shape and form。 Every little thing Declan did to make sure Iris was comfortable and taken care of just melted my goddamn heart。 And I know that sounds like the bare minimum， but I can’t spoil anything to give any specific examples， so just TRUST ME。 He is an angel who would literally burn the whole world if Iris asked。 BONUS: And Cal！ You know， I didn’t expect him to be Iris’s best friend in this book。 I thought he was going to make a small appearance the same way Declan did in The Fine Print。 But man， was I glad to be wrong because he was such a funny character！ I loved his friendship with Iris so much and how he was basically this overprotective brother for her （which is extremely ironic considering Cal is Declan’s brother even though Cal acts more like a brother for Iris LOL）。 I also really loved how Cal’s relationship with Alana was hinted at a little bit which makes me even more excited for the third book of the Dreamland Billionaire series。 Do I smell a friends to strangers to lovers trope？ Hmmm， I guess we’ll have to wait and see！ PlotLike I mentioned before， if you are looking for a light and fun romance， this is your book。 Terms and Conditions definitely fulfill those boxes， but I think the main reason why this book doesn’t get a full five stars is that there wasn’t anything that stuck out。 It was your typical romance marriage of convenience storyline and there really wasn’t anything unique about the plot。 But that’s not an entirely bad thing！ Sometimes， and in this case especially， predictable is comforting。 And what really matters is that I needed a fluffy romance and overall found the book enjoyable！Final Thoughts Parting WordsI am incredibly thankful to have been given an opportunity to read the ARC and give my review on it。 This book was an incredibly cute read and Iris and Declan’s story is definitely up there for being a greatly executed marriage of convenience story。 The third book in the Dreamland Billionaire series is about Cal and Alana and I am super pumped to read about them！ Cal made the book absolutely hilarious and because he is such the opposite of his two brothers， his story definitely piques my interest！ But before we get all excited for Cal’s book， go and pre-order Terms and Conditions RIGHT NOW。 I recommend this book to anyone who LOVES the marriage of convenience trope with a grumpy male mc and a strong， witty female mc。 I also recommend this book to people who enjoy fluffy romances and whose love languages are acts of service and THIS WAS SO GOOD OMG DECLANIRIS WAS LITERALLY ONE OF MY FAV BOOKS EVER。 they reminded me so much to cillianpersy and they were super easy to read。the only thing I wish we could have seen more of it is the relationship that Declan and Iris had before the marriage contract， like idk I would have loved a little prologue of their first meet or something like that。

this was one of my most anticipated releases of 2022 and i was ECSTATIC to have received the ARC。 this book was a joy to read and i couldn’t stop thinking about them whenever i had to put the book down。 i was in the middle of a reading slump when this landed in my kindle and the fact that i couldn’t stop reading shows just how this book captivated me from the very beginning。 iris quickly became one of my favourites and i loved the representation of a strong black woman who is also allowed the ca this was one of my most anticipated releases of 2022 and i was ECSTATIC to have received the ARC。 this book was a joy to read and i couldn’t stop thinking about them whenever i had to put the book down。 i was in the middle of a reading slump when this landed in my kindle and the fact that i couldn’t stop reading shows just how this book captivated me from the very beginning。 iris quickly became one of my favourites and i loved the representation of a strong black woman who is also allowed the capacity to be vulnerable and soft and caring （which is something that was very rarely portrayed） so i really loved her characterisation。 declan is the perfect grumpy， filthy rich， older man that we all （👀） want in our lives and i loved reading from his perspective and understanding why he is the way he is！lauren did an amazing job fleshing both of these characters out and i loved learning about them and seeing them both come together in the best way possible。 i really enjoyed the back and forth banter and how they first became friends - which is something they were both lacking - before fully committing to a relationship。 the word game was another thing that i ADORED， i was looking forward to it every chapter and i think it was such a great touch to the story and in showing both their difficulties with words。 also a girl LOVES obsessed boy trope so even a HINT of that and i’m hooked so that was a lovely surprise *wink wink*another favourite of mine is grovelling and ahhh it was chefs kiss！ lauren asher really knows how to win all our hearts！this series is slowly becoming one of my favourite and i desperately need the third book as second chance romance are literally my personality by this point and i NEED all that angst！ 。。。more
