The recipes are well written and understandable by cooks of all levels and the photos make the food very appealing to myself and other lovers of food out there。 The fact that the recipes are made in an InstantPot is excellent as it is quick and almost fool-proof to make it in there。 I especially love the book because it uses mostly whole ingredients instead of pre-prepared and packaged foods。 My husband says that I never have any food in the house, only ingredients --- that is why I cook so much。 I also refuse to eat or cook with Frankenfoods such as "chick'n" and its 88 ingredients vs。 🐔chicken🐔 having one and cheese that does not come from an animal is udder nonsense!) Do you have a kid away at school or one who orders take-out all the time? Are you guilty of this habit? Remember that, seriously, that one of the best gifts that you can give your children is TEACHING THEM HOW TO COOK!!! They will save thousands of dollars on take-out and delivery while at college and after 。。。 there are a lot of kids who go through their food budget at college in two months - I used to hear this all the time when I worked in OSAP/Financial Aid (and if you add up all the money spent on delivery over the years one could easily afford a down payment on a house!)PLEASE NOTE THAT MANY BOOKS FROM CALLISTO / ROCKRIDGE PRESS ARE FREE FOR KINDLE UNLIMITED UPON RELEASE - CHECK IT OUT AND READ IT! 。。。more
