Summary

#1 New York Times bestselling author Christine Feehan explores uncharted territory in the new Torpedo Ink Motorcycle Club novel。

When Savin “Savage” Pajari and Seychelle Dubois first met, their connection was instant, their attraction undeniable。 Their relationship has been full throttle since day one。 Even though months have passed, the passion and love between them has only increased。

Savage completely owns what he is: a sadist in the bedroom who can only get off on his partner’s pain。 He believes he’s not a good man, but he loves Seychelle with a fierceness that shocks him。 He wants all of her, but only if she gives herself freely with eyes wide open。

Seychelle never imagined the lure of mixing pain with pleasure, or how much she’d crave Savage’s darkness。 She’s been shaken to her core, but Seychelle is committed to Savage and their life together—even though he’s keeping a piece of himself back。 And to truly make their relationship work, he has to give her everything that he is, just as she is doing for him。

Savage knows that what he really needs could break his woman if she isn’t ready。 She agreed to come into his world, and he’s not about to give her up。 He has to find a way to let her see the monster inside without pushing her away。 But the real Savage might be more than Seychelle can bear。。。and he knows he wouldn’t survive losing her。

Savage Road is the second and final book in Seychelle and Savage’s story。 It took two books (Annihilation and Savage Road) to show the intense and complex story of Savin “Savage” Pajarin’s deeply wounded life。It took a very unique woman to take on such a damaged man as Savage and Seychelle proved up to the task。 While both possessed unique psychic abilities, their relationship was an exercise in trust building。Because of Savage’s childhood experience, his proclivity is as a sexual sadist and Sey Savage Road is the second and final book in Seychelle and Savage’s story。 It took two books (Annihilation and Savage Road) to show the intense and complex story of Savin “Savage” Pajarin’s deeply wounded life。It took a very unique woman to take on such a damaged man as Savage and Seychelle proved up to the task。 While both possessed unique psychic abilities, their relationship was an exercise in trust building。Because of Savage’s childhood experience, his proclivity is as a sexual sadist and Seychelle is in full consent and although tastefully done, the exploration of mixing pleasure and pain, graphic description of past torture, violence, abuse and rape of children and women could be triggering for some readers。 While the main emphasis of the story revolved around the main couple, the TI club is facing its own conflict with rival motorcycle clubs。 The history of the Torpedo Ink members reiterated how these survivors of horrific childhood abuse are left horribly traumatized but managed to create a bond of survivors who created a familial community as they try to take a chance to love and trust as adults。 I am looking forward to the future of the Torpedo Ink club and I really, really hope that Alena and Destroyer will be a future couple。 。。。more

Dark, edgy, rawA perfect compliment to Annihilation Road。 While I was not ecstatic about the first book, this one renewed my love for the Torpedo Ink series。 Not for everyone as some of the scenes are difficult to get through, but well worth it in the end。

Savage Road is WOW from start to endI loved the story of Savage and Seychelle。 So much emotion throughout the whole book。 I love the Red Hat Ladies and their antics, they are so adorable。 So many hints to possible next stories…。。wonder if it will be Destroyer and Anya 🤞

LoveI like that it showed another different kind of love and relationships。 It is not my personal type of a relationship but neither is cat tails!。 But I am a strong believer that what two people do, as long as it's consensual is their right。 And to be judgemental is wrong。 No one is asking you to participate in their lifestyle。 Yes, I would recommend this book to family and friends, and have! I turned my sister and friends into huge Christine Feehan fans! Your welcome! After reading Annihilation Road and seeing how Savage and Seychelle lit up their world with sparks, I had to read Savage Road。 Savage loves Seychelle, and Seychelle loves Savage。 But can they make it work? This book is not for the faint of heart, or those who find S&M distasteful。 Seychelle wants to be “first” in someone’s life。 She felt her parents were so wrapped up in each other, she was almost an outsider in her own home。 She understood, but still wanted to be someone’s most important person After reading Annihilation Road and seeing how Savage and Seychelle lit up their world with sparks, I had to read Savage Road。 Savage loves Seychelle, and Seychelle loves Savage。 But can they make it work? This book is not for the faint of heart, or those who find S&M distasteful。 Seychelle wants to be “first” in someone’s life。 She felt her parents were so wrapped up in each other, she was almost an outsider in her own home。 She understood, but still wanted to be someone’s most important person。 She knows Savage loves her completely, but she knows that if someone from the MC calls, Savage will be out to door to help his brothers and sisters。 In her heart, she knows the MC members are not happy about her being with Savage。 Some of them have made comments that makes her feel like a complete outsider, and that she isn’t good enough for him。 Even non club members have told her she didn’t have what it takes to keep Savage happy。 Seychelle was also very confused regarding her reactions to Savage in their sex life。 Was there something wrong with her that she responded to his need to inflict pain to become aroused? That even though it hurt, she enjoyed it? She knew that Savage mentally drained pain and rage from his brothers and sisters, allowing them to function better in times of stress, and she felt it was her place to take on his pain。Savage knew Seychelle was the only woman he would ever love。 He also knew that there was something mentally wrong with needing to inflict pain during sexual encounters。 He and his brothers had researched over the years and knew there was no cure for him。 He knew when he was reaching the end of his capacity to maintain mentally and physically。 When he reached that point, there was no stopping the monster within。 Part of that was why he was good at what he did for the MC。 He could inflict pain and get answers from gang members or people out to harm his family or friends。 He could become cold, so he didn’t feel any emotion while doing his job。 But until he let that monster within him out, and fought, loved, or drove the monster out, he was no good to anyone, including himself。His club needed Seychelle。 Her voice could calm angry people, stopping situations from getting violent just by singing。 She was loved by so many, and she loved singing for them, and healing them。He understood where Seychelle was coming from and wanted to tell her that she was first with him, but he knew she was right。 He and all the members of Torpedo Ink had grown up suffering together and surviving together。 He didn’t know how to live any other way。 Czar told Savage that Seychelle had to come with the club to an important event。 Savage knew that things were going to be bad at that event and didn’t know how to explain to Seychelle why her being with the club was so important。 He couldn’t tell her all that the club was involved in as he wasn’t sure she would stay with him。Will he be able to convince Seychelle of his love and sincerity and help her to understand what the club means to him? Can she still love him when she sees into his mind and sees what his monster is capable of? She has to understand what the club does, and still love him and the members of Torpedo Ink。Enjoy this fast-paced relationship, and learn how Savage, Seychelle and the members of Torpedo Ink work through issues, and learn to love and trust。 。。。more

Ms。 Feehan has taken a difficult subject and handled it effortlessly! The characters are very human, the plot was great, in-depth, adventure, action and romance。 Ms。 Feehan addresses sadism in this story and does a very, very good job。 I loved it and look forward to more in this series。

It didn't make any sense to me。 Brandon Campbell (bad guy from 1st book) is finally defeated in this book。 He was using his psychic powers to plant suggestions in people so he could cause chaos and take over the Diamondbacks club, where his brothers are members。 He was rejected as a member。 Yet Brandon managed to plant a suggestion in Seychelle that she is afraid of blowjobs and Savage wants to humiliate her and all his brothers/sisters will laugh at her。 She finally figures it out and they deal with it but I thought that plotline was beyond ridiculous。 I did like how Seychelle stands up to Savage and Czar and says she is not Savage's first priority。 She was scared after she figured out what Brandon had done and she told Savage to help her and stay with her and he said he couldn't, Torpedo Ink needed him。 She said she needed him and he picked the club over her。 So they have a huge fight and eventually Savage apologizes and says it won't happen again。 She is his love and his first priority。 They also had a big fight over how the club never tells her anything and she feels like an outsider。 They eventually work it out and Savage tells her a few things about his past and how he kills/tortures pedophiles or enemies of the club, with the understanding he won't tell her all of the details sometimes。 So they did work on their emotional relationship, not just their physical relationship。Savage tells her he has a fantasy of one day in the future, if she agrees to it, scarring her skin with his name Savage above her genitals。 She says they can talk about it but she is not sure。 They are also engaged, and not married yet。 Ice made the ring (his brother who is a famous jeweler)。We are also told that the "Ghosts" are still trying to get at Torpedo Ink and now there is a mysterious Russian woman, who tried to plant suggestions in various members of Torpedo Ink。 They don't know who she is but they know she wants Czar for some reason。 So it looks like the Ghosts and this mysterious woman will be enemies in a later book。One of my favorite scenes involved Alena and Destroyer。 Alena dumped Pierce (her boyfriend and a Diamondback member) after he betrayed her with other women and took a sex video of her and showed it to his friends。 So Alena hates seeing Pierce at the runs or at their bar。So when Pierce forced her to dance with him, Destroyer rescued her。 He pretended to be her boyfriend on the run and on the dance floor and saved her。 Pierce was very jealous。 And Torpedo Ink said you thought you'd leave a woman like that and someone else wouldn't immediately snatch her up and appreciate her? Alena said Destroyer owes her because he kissed her on the head when she was 9 years old (he wanted to comfort her) and she built that kiss up in her mind。 So when he had the opportunity to rescue one person after winning a hideous contest at the evil school with the pedophiles in Russia, Destroyer saved his sister, not Alena。 So now all of Torpedo Ink is wondering if Alena had a crush on Destroyer as a kid。 。。。more

This is an intense story that is difficult and beautiful all at once。 Savage is an enforcer in the Torpedo Ink MC。 He has a horrific background where he was abused as a child。 In this book Savage and Seychelle are already together (see Annihilation Road) but here the question is- Is love enough?Seychelle and Savage both have a psychic gift and I love seeing more paranormal in this story。 It's usually what I'd call paranormal-light, but this has a bit more of that in it。 Due to Seychelle's gift s This is an intense story that is difficult and beautiful all at once。 Savage is an enforcer in the Torpedo Ink MC。 He has a horrific background where he was abused as a child。 In this book Savage and Seychelle are already together (see Annihilation Road) but here the question is- Is love enough?Seychelle and Savage both have a psychic gift and I love seeing more paranormal in this story。 It's usually what I'd call paranormal-light, but this has a bit more of that in it。 Due to Seychelle's gift she is asked (asked is putting it nicely) by the club to go on a very important MC run。 They already know there's a hit list on some of the TI members。 There's a lot going on and the tension runs high throughout this book。 Lots of action。 If you love the members of Torpedo Ink this is a special treat since you get a lot of TI business going on。 The sex can be triggering。 I appreciate that the author has a trigger warning at the front of the book。 So, if you know you are easily triggered, this may not be the book for you。 You can skip the sex scenes if those are difficult for you。 The book is mostly story, not infinite sex scenes。I enjoyed it。 。。。more
