Interesting At first I thought I had read this book before because it seemed so familiar while they were in the prison。 But because it seemed familiar and I wasn’t sure， I kept reading and it definitely was not the book AI thought it was。 This was totally different， cute and enjoyable。 I loved Ryker and his protectiveness over Amanda。 And the ending wasn’t what I expected but it was cute and heartwarming。

Quick adventurous getaway！Really enjoyed this newest series。 I love Amanda and Riker characters， and looking forward to more stories in this series！ My only complaint is that this wasn’t long enough （that the story was hurried in some places） but I can cope。 I’ll just have to wait until the next release。

Seems like a PrequelThis is a happy for now/cliffhanger。 I did not realize this going in。 It seemed like it was more of a prequel for Alstra’s book or S’quents book（if she writes his book， he sounds intriguing）。 I always enjoy the cool pets， Kiki was awesome。 Loved the prison trope。 This is the first book I’ve read of this authors that didn’t really have a proper ending， with everything cleaned up。 This is very unusual for this author。 I hope it isn’t a new writing style for her。
