Fergus can only be grumpy for so long His amazingly sweet mate， Montgomery， is the perfect match for Fergus。 I loved this pairing。 I actually read it in one night。 These characters clicked for me。 I laughed a lot and cried a little…。loved all the feels。 It’s a fantastic addition to this world。 I can’t wait for the next books！

**********Contains Spoilers********** I really enjoyed this book。 I liked the connection between Fergus and Montgomery and thought their chemistry was off the charts。 I’m glad that Montgomery got to leave the Fae Realm and was blessed by Fate Thomas and his mate Canyon and gifted a mate， he also got to reconnect with his older brother Matthew who he hadn’t seen since Matthew left the Fae Realm 7 years prior。 All I can say is their parents are horrible as why have so many kids if you can’t even l **********Contains Spoilers********** I really enjoyed this book。 I liked the connection between Fergus and Montgomery and thought their chemistry was off the charts。 I’m glad that Montgomery got to leave the Fae Realm and was blessed by Fate Thomas and his mate Canyon and gifted a mate， he also got to reconnect with his older brother Matthew who he hadn’t seen since Matthew left the Fae Realm 7 years prior。 All I can say is their parents are horrible as why have so many kids if you can’t even look after themselves and you let the older children look after the kids until they’re mated off。 Both Matthew and Montgomery shouldn’t have had to look after so many children at like 10 years old， as their parents should’ve done it。 I don’t even think their parents ever said than you。 I thought that Thomas did an amazing job matching these two as Montgomery is so sweet whereas Fergus is a grouch so they balance each other out。 I found it funny how mischievous Fae can be when they’re bored and how wonky their magic goes when they’re pregnant。 I liked that finding his beloved helped Fergus be more open with some of his coven and I’m glad that Montgomery and Nigel， Diego’s mate hit it off and became fast friends as they can spend time together while their mates are working。 Man， Montgomery and Fergus’s son Tobias was totally adorable especially with the bright red hair。 I would’ve loved a bit more angst especially with the random wolf shifter that was hanging around but even without that， it was still a good read。 I’m really looking forward to reading Matteo’s story next。 I’d definitely recommend this book， series， universe and author to everyone。 。。。more

I was so happy to see Fergus found his beloved。 It was great getting to meet more fae’s and learn more about them。 Montgomery defiantly seemed to balance out Fergus’s grumpiness。 Loved seeing some of Montgomery’s fae mischievousness。 Only got a little glimpse of the ongoing back story in the series so I cannot wait to find out more as series continues。 I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book。 All thoughts and opinions are my own。
