Summary

I liked itI do like the story but it is an Instalove story。 I prefer slow burns or at least not instant love however the world building was great！

4 starsI am sitting on the fence with this one。 Although I did enjoy the read， it didn’t draw me in as much as I thought it might。 I’m not sure what it was， but I look forward to reading Poppy’s story next。 And with the overlap of characters from the Gladiator series， I will be catching up on them too。

Another spectacular story。 The time went by so fast which I can say it always happens with Anna’s books。 I love Rhain and Mal。 It was all I hope for in the beginning of a new series。 I can’t wait for the other two books starring Rhain’s brothers。 I recommend reading this book if you haven’t yet。 You are going to love it！

Oh so oohhhOkay not good at this so I will just say I couldn’t put it down， it is a wonderful story with twists and turns that keep you turning the page。If you haven’t read Anna Hackett’s books， you will want to after this， she is an awesome writer who pulls you into the first book of a series （she has several series including a 20 books series Hell Squad） and makes you want to read the entire series。Well done again Anna for the start to a new series that is entwined with another of her series

This is connected to two other series， but it isn’t necessary to have read any of the other books in order to enjoy this story。 Mal and Rhain were fascinating characters that I just loved。 The story moved along at the perfect pace with humor， action， sci-fi elements， twists， suspense， and romance。 I can’t wait for the next book in the series！
