I really liked how this book focused on food and exercise (the two areas I need help in!)。 There were many recipes that seemed to be good alternatives to regular cooking and the exercises were easy enough that I could begin to do them now and hopefully see some results。 I liked that she included pictures of how to do the exercises as well。 I am someone who needs visuals when it comes to things like that! Nice cookbook but I was really looking for more of a guide on exercises than recipes。 Recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients are easy to find in your local grocery store。This book was just not what I was expecting。
