Another great book in the Mafia Wars！ This book brings together Nolan and Gemma。 Gemma is Hayley's sister who we got to meet I the last book， and who caused trouble one drunken night by whispering something to Nolan。 The journey these two go on is a rollercoaster and we get more backstory for the Bailey family and how poor Gemma has been victimised by her half sister for some time。 I love how the stories overlap and we get more and more insight to what happens throughout the books。 It's so cleve Another great book in the Mafia Wars！ This book brings together Nolan and Gemma。 Gemma is Hayley's sister who we got to meet I the last book， and who caused trouble one drunken night by whispering something to Nolan。 The journey these two go on is a rollercoaster and we get more backstory for the Bailey family and how poor Gemma has been victimised by her half sister for some time。 I love how the stories overlap and we get more and more insight to what happens throughout the books。 It's so clever how the various stories weave into each other， and we move forward with the overall stories and gain more understanding alongside each love pairing。 The chemistry is instant between the two， and although Gemma makes some really silly mistakes along the way， Nolan is always there to have her back， no matter what。 The ending was good， although I was shouting at my kindle when Gemma makes the biggest mistake。。。 But the setup for the next book is going to be an interesting one for Killian。 This is definitely one of those series that has to be read in order， and will keep you on the edge of the seat wanting more。 In my opinion， this is a fantastic series as a whole， and I'm loving these Irish men just as much as I loved the Russians from the first part of the series。 I also got the audiobook， in addition to the ebook for this one too， as I've been suffering from headaches and particularly enjoyed that too。 Although I wasn't a fan of the male narrators Russian and English accents。 But it's not really anything that took away from my enjoyment， but it is worth a mention。 All in all a thoroughly enjoyable book and a very welcome addition to the series。 Bravo Maggie Cole！ 。。。more

This is the seventh book in the Mafia Wars series， and the second of the O’Malley family。 This is Nolan and Gemma’s story。 The heat and chemistry between them is tangible。 I love their connection。 The story delivers a few twists and suspense。 Some humor and a LOT of hot， steamy sex。 I think my Kindle might combust！ Maggie just keeps proving what an amazing writer she is and each story just keeps getting better and better。

Maggie Cole is one awesome storyteller。 She has blended of the different books together with her teasers at the end of each couple's story。 You could read them as standalones but who want to， NOT ME。 As with chips you can not eat just one， YOU CAN NOT JUST READ ONE BOOK， you have to read them all as you will be addicted from the first one。 And what an addiction it is。 This is the second book of the O'Malleys-Nolan and Gemma's story。 You meet them in the first book with Liam and Hailee's story。 H Maggie Cole is one awesome storyteller。 She has blended of the different books together with her teasers at the end of each couple's story。 You could read them as standalones but who want to， NOT ME。 As with chips you can not eat just one， YOU CAN NOT JUST READ ONE BOOK， you have to read them all as you will be addicted from the first one。 And what an addiction it is。 This is the second book of the O'Malleys-Nolan and Gemma's story。 You meet them in the first book with Liam and Hailee's story。 Hailee and Gemma are sisters but complete opposites。 Gemma and Nolan's story has a bit of a slow burn at first。 Nolan hates the Baileys and once he finds out who all Gemma is connected to he is torn with his attraction and hatred of who she is-a Mafia Princess。 When they can not longer resist their chemistry it's like a fire and gasoline explosion。 There are so many issues that they must deal with that keeps challenging their relationship。 Hailee and Gemma and their sisters have to learn the secrets their mother has been keeping from them。 They have to deal with an evil half sister they have never met and a father they only knew when they were very young。 The evil half sister is a real trick as is the father。 Nolan has his family's family demons。 Throw Molly into the mix and you have so many conflicts that you never know whose going to mess up Nolan & Gemma's lives。 No spoilers but this book keeps you on edge。 All of the books Maggie writes have both strong women and great Alpha males。 The book covers fit my image of male characters perfectly。 With each book I can not wait to see the next book。 This has truly been the year of Mafia Wars and now the O'Malleys。 I was allowed the honor of receiving an ARC thru BookSprout for them all and CAN NOT WAIT for the next one。 They are books that you will want to re-read to see if you missed something as each new book comes out。 Again if you have not read any or only a few you need to get them all。 I'm sure with they come to an end we will be waiting for Maggie's next series。。 。。。more

I don’t know how this author does this but I think the series just keeps getting better and better with each book。 This is Nolan and Gemma’s story and it’s full of suspense， intrigue， steamy scenes and loads of action。 Their relationship starts out with the old adage keep your enemies closer but it turns into real love and affection。 They really balance each other out and are perfect for each other。
