Absolutely love this book! I’ve been listening to Alexis’s podcast for years and they have been helping me curb my anxiety issues。。。 when I heard about her book I had to rush out and grab it。 Did not disappoint。。。 hopefully Alexis continues writing more books as she has definitely helped me in life!

I really enjoyed this book。 Alexis' podcasts are fabulous and her no BS attitude is what captured my attention。 I would say there are some aspects to this book which are not traditional to self help books but I'd suggest this would be suitable for younger (20-35 year olds) rather than the older crowd。 I am 31 and found it a great read but a lot of it has been written before (without the amazing sarcasm)In terms of topics covered, this touches on several different things rather than just one i。e I really enjoyed this book。 Alexis' podcasts are fabulous and her no BS attitude is what captured my attention。 I would say there are some aspects to this book which are not traditional to self help books but I'd suggest this would be suitable for younger (20-35 year olds) rather than the older crowd。 I am 31 and found it a great read but a lot of it has been written before (without the amazing sarcasm)In terms of topics covered, this touches on several different things rather than just one i。e discipline or habits。 The quality of the book it just gorgeous and as usual there is work to do throughout to get the most out of it。 Would recommend! 。。。more
