Great book for the man over 60 too!A lot of great general health advice especially what tests and vaccinations to take。 Agree fully with learning BJJ and Muay Thai。 I took up BJJ at 58。 Just seek out a suitable school and instructor。 Only criticism I would have liked some sample workout programs as an appendix。
