This might be the only textbook I've read from cover to cover EVER in my entire undergraduate and graduate studies。 There is nothing ground breaking or awe inspiring about this book， but it is quite impressive to take something as complicated as health care。。。especially in the United States， and provide a historical context， a working knowledge base， and even suggestions for the future all in one sitting。 I wish I could rate 3 1/2 stars。 This might be the only textbook I've read from cover to cover EVER in my entire undergraduate and graduate studies。 There is nothing ground breaking or awe inspiring about this book， but it is quite impressive to take something as complicated as health care。。。especially in the United States， and provide a historical context， a working knowledge base， and even suggestions for the future all in one sitting。 I wish I could rate 3 1/2 stars。 。。。more
